I understand that I MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to check in & board. Trips leave on their scheduled time & will not be held for late arrivals. There will be no refunds for missing the boat.

Our Cancellation Policy

We offer a full refund of all money paid if you cancel an excursion more than seven days in advance. If you need to cancel after this time period has passed, we generally cannot offer any refund. Your ticket price is refundable, but the small Eventbrite fee that our ticket manager charges is not. Please do not make a reservation if you think it's likely you will need to cancel; we need your help minimizing cancellations as much as possible. 

Cancelling Due to Weather

You will have the option of receiving a full refund if your trip is canceled due to weather conditions. We usually do not cancel tours due to overcast skies or scattered showers, when rain is steady or when thunderstorms appear likely. We will call you if we cancel your trip and we will give you a choice between rescheduling or receiving a full refund. Please keep in mind that the weather in Southeast Virginia is unpredictable and quick-to-change, and forecasts made several days in advance are often inaccurate.
